Camp Bisco 2012 Poster Design Contest

Art Contest Info:

Camp Bisco is a long running electronic/rock music festival happening in July 2012. Design an original art post for the festival using this year;s suggested theme for your poster art which is Machines. They are looking for original art and so are asking that you don't don't try to create a brand or advertisement for the festival, avoiding literal, stereotypical interpretations and imagery such as tents, electricity, lights, etc.. It is required that you include the text: "Camp Bisco", "2012", "July 12-14, 2012", "Mariaville, New York (or NY)" and "www.campbisco.net" in your poster design, but optional on whether you include the official Camp Bisco 2012 logo and festival lineup. Your completed festival poster should be submitted to Creative Allies in a 16" x 20" size with a minimum resolution of 200 dpi in .JPG, .JPEG, .TIF, .TIFF, .EPS formats.

Prize:

The winning poster designer as chosen by Camp Bisco will receive $500, and 2 VIP tickets to the festival. There are also prizes of $100 credit for the Creative Allie's store for the editor's favorite and fan favorite plus the chance to earn royalties from your art designs.

Rules:

Do not submit copyrighted work. Do not use stock images or clip art. There is no maximum number of entries per design contest or per entrant.

Imagine Dragons - Tour Poster Design Contest

Over at Creative Allies they are running a poster contest to design a poster for Imagine Dragons' 2012 Tour. Using the tracks "On Top of the World" and "Radioactive" as inspiration, your poster should include the required texts "Imagine Dragons," "Tour," "2012", and the Tour Dates. You should also avoid literal interpretations by not limiting your design with images of dragons. Completed artwork should be submitted to Creative Allies in a 16" x 20" size with a minimum resolution of 200 dpi in .JPG, .JPEG, .TIF, .TIFF, .EPS formats.

Prize:

The winner as chosen by Imagine Dragons will receive $500, two tickets to a show and an Imagine Dragons prize pack. There are also prizes of $100 credit for the Creative Allie's store for the editor's favorite and fan favorite plus the chance to earn royalties from your art designs.

M.A.D Center - Poster Competition

Art Contest Info:

This art contest is an open call open internationally to all students of fine arts and design, professional artists and designers. Design a poster which is sized 70x100cm in vertical forma with a goal is to bring a new global reflection regarding urban and social issues in Tirana, Albania. Your poster should fit into one of these categories: 1. [Re]Appropriation of the City – Tirana, 2. Revival of the City Squares in Balkan Cities, 3. Surrealism Fashion, 4. I.C.O.N.S : Image of Chaos and Order in a New Society. Submitted posters should express a clear concept related to social and urban issues. Completed poster designs should be sent to the email address on the art contest page.

Prize:

The first four will win the following cash prizes: 1st prize gets 1000 EUR. 2nd prize gets 600 EUR, 3rd prize gets 400 EUR and 4th prize gets 200 EUR.

Rules:

All posters must be created by an individual artist/designer rather than a team. Original artwork should not have been submitted to another event before or be identifiable as imitative of any existing art or artist. All submitted posters become the property of the Polis University. Participants should not submit more than one poster per topic.
